With Ridley Scott’s Alien turning 40 this May, Reebok decided to pay homage to the cult classic film with a re-work of the “Alien Stomper” worn in the film by executive officer Bishop. This new silhouette is essentially a modern take on Reebok’s BB 5600. Supplementing the original laces with Velcro straps, Reebok has added an ankle wrap and the vintage color scheme of white and dark grey with a splash of red accents. Branding is found on the shroud by tongue, ankle strap, and on it’s heel. When all is said and done, Reebok has done a great job giving this new sneaker a vintage futuristic feel. These are expected to drop on April 26th with a price tag of $205 (USD).
