Nipsey Hussle, Ermias Asghedom, was shot in Los Angeles on Sunday, March 31st. The Grammy nominated rapper was one of 3 men shot in front of the Marathon Clothing Company, a store that he and his family ran. Not long before the deadly shooting, Nipsey tweeted “Having strong enemies is a blessing.” Nipsey reportedly exchanged words with the shooter, asking him if he had snitched to the cops in the past as this was word on the street. The shooting took place in view of a surveillance camera, thus giving police a lead in their search for the shooter. It is being said that he was shot up to 6 times. Police have only described the shooter as a black male in his 20s. The shooter allegedly escaped in a vehicle driven by a woman, and that his shooting appears to be gang-related. R.I.P. Nipsey. You will be sorely missed.
