For the 1st time in a LONG time, Dom’s Barbeque will be set up for day 1 of the Trill 2 year anniversary serving up everyone’s favorite, barbeque parfaits! Mr. Dominic Gonzales is a master chef well known for his tacos, barbeque, and other scrumptious delicacies . If you have been out and about in the Phoenix music/art scene over the years you have certainly gobbled up one of his delicious creations. If you haven’t, well… You are in for a treat. I have to be honest, I am more excited for one of his signature parfaits than just about anything else at this event. And after looking at the lineup, you know that statement speaks volumes.
